Try these in order, most login issues are solved by the first two.
- Reset your password. On the login screen, tap Forgot password? Enter your registered email, check your inbox (and spam) for a reset link, follow it and set a new password — see the full password-reset guide.
- Check you're using the right email. Try any alternate emails you use. If you signed up with Continue with Apple or Continue with Google, you don't have a password, tap the matching social login button.
- Update the app. iPhone: App Store, search Traininpink, Update. Android: Play Store, Manage apps, Updates available, Update.
- Try a different network. Some corporate or hotel Wi-Fi networks block authentication. Switch to mobile data and try again.
